Samsung, the Korean tech giant, unveiled its latest flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S24, at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event in San Jose, California. Among the three phones launched on January 17, the Galaxy S24 Ultra stands out as the most premium, boasting unique features, including integrated AI technology.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage. All three models in the series operate on Android 14-based One UI 6.1, promising seven Android OS upgrades and seven years of security patches—a commitment aligning with Google’s support window for the Pixel 8 series.
Highlighting AI capabilities, Samsung emphasizes features like the ProVisual Engine, enabling generative AI edits for images, the new Instant Slow-mo feature, and Super HDR support in third-party apps across the Galaxy S24 series.
